What can I use for free?
The pricing calculator, printable customer estimate, and cost breakdown download are free. You do not need to give us an email to see your results.
Why would I need the paid toolkit?
The calculator helps with one quote. The toolkit adds a multi-job ledger, saved scope, planned-versus-actual review, and portable backups, so you can refer back to completed work. The supporting templates help you keep the same routine for each job.
Will it tell me what customers will pay?
No. It calculates from your costs and target margin. It does not research your local market or guarantee bookings, savings, or profit. You decide whether a price fits the job and your customers.
Where are my records stored?
The app runs on your device. Save a JSON backup to keep your records, and open it to continue on another device. Browser autosave may also restore a session, but it depends on your browser and can be cleared. There is no cloud sync or recovery service.
Can I use it on my phone?
The free calculator is designed for phones and desktops. The downloadable toolkit is designed for desktop browsers; local HTML files, downloads, and printing are less predictable on phones. Review it on your device before choosing it.
Can I buy it now? What about refunds and support?
