Calculator inputs

The calculator runs in your browser. The website does not send the pay rates, hours, costs, or quotes you enter to a server. Cost downloads and printable estimates are generated on your device.

Saving on your device

Choosing “Save inputs” stores calculator values in your browser’s local storage. “Reset example” clears those saved calculator inputs. Your browser may also let you clear site data. Browser storage can be deleted or unavailable; keep your own copies of anything you need.

Technical website information

The site uses Cloudflare hosting and is also published through Sites. Hosting providers may process technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, and browser details to deliver and secure the website. This site does not add analytics scripts, advertising pixels, a mailing-list form, or a customer login.

Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its services. The site uses system fonts and does not request fonts from a third-party font service.

Support correspondence

If you email detailingcostbook@proton.me, your email address and message are used to respond and handle your support request. Correspondence is handled through Proton Mail. Avoid including customer records or sensitive information. You can contact the same address to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirements.

There is currently no checkout or payment form on this website. This notice will be updated before paid sales begin to explain any payment-provider information flows.
