What is available now?

The website’s pricing calculator, customer estimate, cost breakdown download, and supporting template previews are free to use. No account or email signup is required.

The desktop toolkit

Detailing Costbook is a digital job-costing toolkit for independent auto detailers. The desktop download includes a job ledger, quote preparation, planned-versus-actual cost reviews, CSV summaries, portable JSON backups, a quick-start guide, and printable templates.

The price at launch is $29 USD as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription or physical shipping. Purchases are not currently open, and this website does not collect payment.

Delivery and compatibility

The toolkit is a ZIP download containing a self-contained HTML app, printable HTML templates, and a quick-start guide. It is intended for desktop Chrome and Edge. Direct-file compatibility and the purchase-to-download process are still being checked before sale.

Records stay on your device. Save a backup after each session. There is no cloud sync, booking service, payment collection for your detailing customers, or recovery service for lost records.

Purchase and refund information

Checkout is not available yet. The final purchase terms, refund policy, and payment-provider details will be displayed before orders are accepted. Nothing on this page asks you to pay or place a preorder.

Detailing Costbook helps you make estimates from the numbers you enter. It does not determine local market prices, provide tax or accounting services, or guarantee bookings or profit.
